About the Author

My name is Brooke. I am a mom of six kids. My journey of writing books started when I had my daughter Olivia. Olivia was born with Trisomy 18. We spend a lot of time in the hospital when she was born. I would read her books or sing her silly songs. This is how I got started. I would facetime the older children also and we would read books or go around the hospital room and I would explain things so that they could understand. All of the reasons now are to benefit our non-profit called Olivia's Odyssey. This is a none profit that was started to tell Olivia's journey with trisomy 18. Each book that we sell helps benefit a greater cause. I truly hope that you enjoy every book that is inspired by our journey and that helps trisomy 18 familes.
