Amazing Grace will appeal to girls who like Pinkalicious and Fancy Nancy. All of them love girly things but Grace (like Nancy) really love to have adventures and explore which sets them as top picks when I select books for my daughter. Also I think it is important to show books (and TV/movies) featuring children of different cultures so all children can see in media images that really reflects the diverse world we live in.

I bought this book for my 4-year-old neice without having read it myself. I loved it and so did she. It's inspiring and almost made me cry. She requests it every night at bedtime!
