About the Author

Ami Plasse is a NYC native artist with a pile of sketchbooks THIS HIGH (picture a 6'4" bald man reaching real high). He is a 1995 graduate of Parsons School of Design, with a BFA in Illustration. He has worked as an illustrator, art director and animator and has lived/worked in Israel and Italy. He now happily resides in Austin, TX with his wife and 3 boys, longing only for the screech of the train car and those 2 million characters he shared his commute with.
