About the Author

Kathy McClure, a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, has spent most of her adult life in the business world; computer consulting, finance, and database design. She adores the ocean, wandering trails in the redwoods and studying genealogy. She lives in Santa Cruz, CA.
Amoret, the story of her grandmother, is her first book. She has written a memoir, a book of poetry and is current working on a novel based on the life of Eliza Poe, Edgar Allan Poe's mother.
