About the Author

He is a writer born of the soil of Bactria and ancient Kabulistan — one who learned in solitude, and remained within the lines of words that carry the scent of history to the people of his homeland. It was in Kabul that his pen first found a voice, heard through the pages of the national radio-television magazine "Awaz", in the form of short stories. But what had taken root deep within him was something far beyond the world of imagination — a burning desire to uncover truth, a yearning to unearth the forgotten roots of his land’s history; a truth long hidden in the dust of time. He dedicated over three decades of his life to deep and relentless research — buried in the silent archives of history, in maps faded with time, in ancient texts, and in the wounded memory of his people — with unwavering loyalty to the truth, and to a homeland that never left his heart. He was neither swayed by official narratives, nor enchanted by folklore, for he believes that history must be studied, not judged; investigated, not imagined; and its truths must be told — not what the heart desires or politics demands. In his work, history rises from the ashes of oblivion, with a voice soft yet deeply rooted — not to judge, but to awaken the noble and innocent souls of his land; not to chant slogans, but to enlighten the human spirit.
