About the Author

T. Edward Fox is one of the pen names of author Thomas Hudson. It is a long story but involves attempting to fool a love-sick teenage girl with a bad body odor problem.

He actively writes lots and lots of fiction in and around the world of Tom Swift, young inventor, as one of several authors under the pen name Victor Appleton II. His "The New Tom Swift Invention Series" is wholly written by just him.

Along with the stories about Tom's mother, Anne Swift, and a couple one-offs, he has produced scads* of short stories and novellas (10,000 to 20,000 words each) starring many of the important but secondary characters in Tom's world along with stories about how some of the inventor's lesser known inventions came about.

He is also co-author of the "Tom Swift Lunar Colony Saga" with Rhode Island author, Leo L. Levesque, currently sitting at three books with at least one more to come in early 2016.

Mr. Hudson lives and loves in Oregon, far from the maddening crowd of California where he once spent a quarter of a century in the lucrative and stressful world of the computer industry.

In case this small piece of fluff fails to make it obvious, he takes very little seriously since have his small heart attack (so small that the Cardiologist described it as "more of a heart skirmish than an all-out attack!) more than six years ago. Before that his sense of irony and satire confused many people who know him, something he cultivated from an early age.

* A "scad" is more than 50 but less that 88. More, up to 95, and it would be "oodles," and less than 50 would be "bunches," until if got below 11 at which time it would just be "more than a few," and greater than 95 would be "gazillions."
