About the Author

Sammy Parker is a father of two born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He has committed his life in helping people overcome their mental and emotional state of well-being. Sammy has a Bachelor's of Psychology and a Masters in Social Psychology from the University of Texas. His goal is to help as many people as possible through his books and has dealt with his own personal struggles with anxiety and depression.
