About the Author

Ken Fritz is a retired fighter pilot with over 2,000 hours of jet fighter time. During his 20-year career, he was an Aircraft Commander, a platform, and flying instructor. He instructed on several aircraft and weapons systems and held the positions of Training Officer, Flight Commander, Assistant Squadron Operations Officer, Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, 4 ATAF, and Seminar Chairman at the Joint Forces Staff College. He was also selected to give presentations on behalf of the Tactical Air Command around the United States to both public and military audiences.
After retirement he was selected for a position at the prestigious Joint Forces Staff College as the Chief, Commandant's Command Group developing and maintaining several projects including college scheduling, Public Affairs Officer, International Officer Program, VIP Visits, Senior Fellows, and major projects.
In 2001 he became the CEO of Ken Fritz and Associates that would later become The Colorado Crimson Group. In this capacity he presented information on Time Management, Leadership Principles, Communication, Personal Productivity, Diversity, Conflict Resolution/Management, Change, Stress Management, Teamwork, Public Speaking and other customized presentations to every level of management from newest member to senior management.
With over 28 years of supervisory and managerial experience and over 35 years of public speaking he has given presentations in every possible forum and to every type/level of audience possible garnering exceptional evaluations. He is "at home" in any venue. His mission and passion is to help people become better versions of themselves and reduce stress, professionally and personally.
He graduated from Longwood High School, N.Y, attained a BA from the S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook, and an MPA from Golden Gate University, CA.
He is happily married to Wendy-Jo and together they have three grown and married children - and there is one grandson who captivates them both.
