In my personal experience, while reading Beautiful Serenity, I found it was a time when God spoke and He gave revelation, as I "myself" read the pages of this book. I assure you, God will provide a time of "Beautiful Serenity". God said in Psalms 46:10 "be still and know that I am God", thus, I believe this book "Beautiful Serenity" will allow you to look for and find stillness and peace. About the Author

I am Emmettia A. Henderson,a 16 year old, teen author, born in Baltimore, Maryland, where I am a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, and my pastor is Rev. Dr. P. Clayborn. I also serve on the Youth Stewardess Board. Being raised as an only child, in a single parent household, I have always been interested in the arts, specifically, i.e., acting, dancing, modeling and photography. I have expressed my love for the arts before age 8. I've been dancing ever since I can remember and developing a love for acting and dance through professional training at St Paul's School for Girls. I attended St. Paul's School for Girls. I am enrolled in an advanced course in acting and a member of the nationally known dance group, Inertia. I have experience as an actress who has received training at both nationally and locally known theaters, i.e., Center Stage and the Hippodrome Theaters, and St. Paul's School in Baltimore, Maryland. I have obtained experience as a model, modeling for church and college organizations, and retails stores, i.e., Nordstroms and recently modeling for the Umbrella Foundation Fashion a non profit organization whose proceeds support education for inner city students. Not only am I passionate about the arts but I am pursuing my education with passion and dedication. I am an Honors Student at Saint Paul School for Girls and an Upward Bound Scholar at the University of Maryland Baltimore County Honors Institution of higher learning, thus in preparation for college.

As I move forward in preparation for a college career, I decided to use my photographs to produce the new book entitled "Beautiful Serenity". My newly release publication "Beautiful Serenity" began as a hobby but has expanded and become an expression of that hobby and my love for God. "Beautiful Serenity" is also my way of saying thanks to God for the gifts he has given me, including the love for photography.
