About the Author

Born and raised in West Virginia. A precocious alcoholic who
had his first drink of whiskey at thirteen and devolved into a
blithering idiot until the age of thirty-three. One who by the
grace of God laid down the bottle for good in middle age and
achieved the noble state of continuous sobriety for 40 years.
Undergraduate degree from Morris Harvey College, Masters

bartender, house painter, PADI Certified Scuba Diver with 130
ocean dives, award winning drug-free body builder, middle of
