Overview

This two-fer from Collectables features a pair of out of print album's by the Blues Image, Blues Image and Red, White and Blues Image; both were originally issued on Atco in 1969 and 1970. Highlights from these albums include "Outside Was Night," "Lay Your Sweet Love on Me," "Rise Up," and "Gas Lamps and Clay." Unfortunately, the band's only hit song, "Ride Captain Ride," is not on this reissue. ~ Al Campbell
