About the Author

Ed Lodgen grew up in Los Angeles, California and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. After 23 years as a litigation attorney, he is pursuing other creative business opportunities while continuing to work with various non-profit organizations and is a Board Member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California and Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times. Most importantly, he is the proud father of a daughter who started her first year of college in 2014. Ed started working on the Book of Firsts as a gift for his daughter, her friends and others as a way for them to record the college moments about to happen. Knowing she will share some, but not all, of her experiences, he is excited for her and the new friends and memories she will create.
