Overview

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Everything that God made was very good (Genesis 1:1,13). Yet, God foreknew that what He created was bound to be corrupted by the wickedness of mankind. This was the man whom the Lord made in His image and likeness and whom God also blessed with a mandate to "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion."

The Lord God gave mankind "sovereign rule for a season" to do as they pleased, but now He is commanding that all men repent (Acts 17:30). The enemy has come in unrighteousness like a flood, and God has raised His Standard against him. "Righteousness is God's Standard." For the Lord God Almighty is taking the earth and its inhabitants back to His original purpose under righteous dominion.

About the Author

In 1998, the Lord took Ms. Matthews by the spirit and showed her a small powerful congregation of men and women, all of whom had worldwide ministries. The Lord declared this to be His Church that He was raising up in the earth. These were mighty men and women of valor, possessing tremendous financial wealth, and superior spiritual strength. The Lord operated through these individuals as the Spirit willed. These were pure and yielded vessels, walking in unusual power of God that surpassed the works of Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Jesus, and all the Apostles combined.

Immediately following this vision, the Lord commissioned Ms. Matthew “to teach” His Church. He said that He was sending her out like He did the first Apostles to find the ones He is calling to His Church. Ms. Matthews’ assignment was to first “heal and deliver them,” then teach them what the Lord needed them to know to carry out His Will. God has continued sending Ms. Matthews throughout sectors of the world ministering to leaders of His Church.
