CHAPTER 1

One evening four year old Caden and Kaleb and their Mommy were outside enjoying the warm night air before bedtime. Caden pointed up at the sky and said, "It's broken." Mommy said, "What's broken, Caden?" He looked up again and pointed up to the sky and said, "It fell off." Mommy looked up in the sky and he was pointing at the moon. Mommy said to Caden, "That is called almost a half moon, and every night we will watch it get bigger and bigger."

The boys didn't quite understand how the moon could get bigger and bigger, so Mommy decided she would show them. She said to the twins, "Every night at bedtime, we will come outside and we will look up at the moon."

They could see it get bigger and bigger every night.

The next night, Caden, Kaleb and Mommy went outside after it got dark and Caden looked up at the moon. He said, "Mommy it is still broken." Mommy said, "Yes, it still looks broken, but you will see. God will put it back together." They did this night after night and watched the moon get bigger and bigger.

And then one night Kaleb said, "Mommy, it is bigger! Is God going to put it back together?" Mommy said, "Yes, tomorrow night it is going to be really, really big!"

So, the next night Mommy, Kaleb and Caden went outside to look at the moon.
