About the Author

P.C. Marotta is an American author who is known for her books about family, cooking and Williamsburg Brooklyn. She has been cooking since she can remember helping her mom in the kitchen and watching her grandmother cook.

Ms. Marotta has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers including being named Cook of The Week by the Chicago Daily Herald. Her credits also include television and radio shows. Other works include, Brooklyn Italian: Remembering Williamsburg, In My Mother's Kitchen and a series of educational children's books with illustrator, A.L. Houghton.

When not writing her own books, she enjoys sculpting, speaking engagements and cooking. She offers web development and ghost writing services.
