SANDRA L. STEWART is an executive coach and consultant with experience in hundreds of for-profit, nonprofit, and government organizations with her company, SLS Coaching & Consulting. She has taught leadership development at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a coaching instructor for ICF-accredited coach training programs at American University. She reviews ethics cases around the world as a member of the International Coaching Federation Independent Review Board. She received her BA from Colgate Universityand an MBA from Columbia UniversityBusiness School. She worked for international companies including Johnson & Johnson and Ferrero N.A., where she managed new products. She has two children and three stepchildren and lives with her husband in Washington, DC.
