About the Author

Recognized as a national leader in the design of camps and retreat centers, Greg Copeland has devoted his professional career to the creation of over 400 master plans throughout the United States. He serves as a speaker and guest lecturer on planning and design to the American Camp Association, Girl Scouts of the USA, YMCA of the USA and other organizations within the greater camp community. In 2008, he was appointed as an advisor to the National Forum for Children and Nature, sponsored by the Conservation Fund. Greg is a past president of the Ohio Section of the American Camp Association and serves on the National Council of Leaders.
