About the Author

DJ Charpentier is a retired educator. Mr. Charpentier also served over twenty years in the Rhode Island Air National Guard. As Luck Would Have It (First Edition) was his first full length manuscript in which he shared his experiences concerning saving for and coping with retirement. There is now a sequel to As Luck Would Have It titled 5 Years Later which updates the original writing.
