About the Author

Nicole De Falcis is from Texas and currently lives in Austin, where she graduated from the University of Texas. After graduation, she lived in 3 different European countries and continued to travel the world extensively. While living abroad and traveling, she developed a passion for cooking! She is a pescatarian and loves a variety of cuisines.

Once settled back in the United States, she worked in the corporate world as a sales manager and a corporate trainer. After she married her Swiss-Italian husband and had two wonderful children, she eventually became a teacher for 15 years. In June 2019, she decided to semi-retire from teaching to pursue other ventures.

She loves to spend time with family and friends, travel the world, read, make photo books, and create new recipes.
