About the Author

Kent Johnson Olsen lived on Guam, Marianas Islands from 1965 to 1967. He studied Chamorroculture and history at the University of Guam. Interested in the Chamorro people, he studied 7 of the 8 books available about their culture, life and customs. Current authors are expanding the knowledge and understanding of the Chamorro.
