Rosemarie Allen was born in Staten Island, New York in 1944; she moved to Florida at the age of 14 and in 1962 at the age of 17 married the man with whom she would spend her life. She has dedicated her life to caring for her family and is a kind, warm and giving soul to all that know her. Her son passed at the age of 31 from complications related to HIV/AIDS and she lost the love of her life when he passed at the young age of 71 in October 2011. Over the course of her life she has written over 35 romance novels. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor in February 2011 and underwent a successful surgery. She lives with her daughter Dawne and grandchildren in Royal Palm Beach.
