About the Author

Janet Tolan is a consultant and private pracititioner in Manchester. She has worked extensively in education and training, most recently as leader of the Counselling and Psychotherapy Masters programme at Liverpool John Moores University.

Paul Wilkins is Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Human Communication, Manchester Metropolitan University. He publications include Personal and Professional Development for Counsellors (London, SAGE Publications), Psychodrama (London, SAGE Publications).
