About the Author

Nicole has previously written and illustrated four children’s picture books independently published through Barnes and Noble. She has been an avid reader since childhood and applied her love of literature and the lessons it provides into her profession. She has been teaching in a professional capacity for over twelve years. She has taught students both as a university English professor and as an elementary school substitute teacher. This familiarity with young readers has provided insight into the most accessible language and entertaining stories that children will hopefully hold dear to the hearts for years to come.
