"It is a risk writing a book reviewing a career. The temptation to nostalgia or self promotion is great but even more so the rehashing of old ideas. David Clutterbuck is well aware of the risks and set out not to declare his achievements but rather to look at the journey he and indeed the fields of coaching and mentoring have taken.
