About the Author

Frederick Rule was born in Greenville, Mississippi, and grew up on a Cotton Plantation near Minter City as the fifth of ten children. He attended a plantation school until the 6th grade and graduated from Broad Street High School in Greenwood, Mississippi. After two years at Junior College in Morristown, Tennessee, he was drafted into the Air Force, serving at Forbes Air Force Base in Topeka, Kansas and in the Panama Canal Zone. Following his discharge, he earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from International College in San Diego, California.
