About the Author

V. Vinoth Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. He is a highly qualified individual with around 8 years of rich expertise in teaching, entrepreneurship, and research and development with specialization in computer science engineering subjects. He has been a part of various seminars, paper presentations, research paper reviews, and conferences as a convener and a session chair, a guest editor in journals and has co-authored several books and papers in national, international journals and conferences. He is a professional society member for ISTE, IACIST and IAENG. He has published more than 15 articles in National and International journals, 10 articles in conference proceedings and one article in book chapter. He has filed Indian patent in IoT Applications. His Research interest includes Mobile Adhoc Networking and IoT.

Polinpapilinho F. Katina is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics and Engineering Systems at the University of South Carolina Upstate (Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA). He has served in various capacities at Old Dominion University (Norfolk, Virginia, USA), The University of Alabama in Huntsville (Huntsville, Alabama, USA), and Syracuse University (Syracuse, New York, USA). Dr. Katina holds B.S. in Engineering Technology, M.Eng. in Systems Engineering, and Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering (Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia, USA). He received additional training at the Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy). Teaching and research interests revolve around topics of Complex System Governance, Critical Infrastructure Systems, Decision Making and Analysis, Emerging Technologies (e.g., IoT), Energy Systems (Smart Grids), Engineering Management, Infranomics, Manufacturing Systems, System of Systems, Systems Engineering, Systems Pathology, Systems Theory, and Systems Thinking. His profile includes more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He has also co-authored eleven (11) books. He has published in over 21 peer-reviewed journals with high impact and visibility. He is a recipient of several awards, including the 2020 IAA Social Sciences Book Award (IAA: International Academy of Astronautics). Jingyuan Zhao obtained her PhD in Management Science and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China. She completed postdoctoral programs respectively in Technological Economics with Harbin Institute of Technology, in Management of Technology with Université du Québec à Montréal, in Innovation and Governance with University of Toronto, in Mathematical and Computational Science with University of Toronto Mississauga. Dr. Zhao's research expertise includes management of technology innovation, behavior and information technology, high-tech industries, multinational governance, and science and technology policy. Dr. Zhao also has extensive industry experience and provides consulting services to major corporations such as China Mobile. She serves as editor-in-chief of International Journal of e-Collaboration(IJeC).
