About the Author

MYRNA JOHNSON is a graduate from Abilene Christian University. She worked almost thirty years for the federal government, mainly in research agencies, and retired from the US Forest Service in 1998. She and her husband, Bobby H. Johnson, have two daughters, and four grandchildren. She resides in Nacogdoches, Texas.
