About the Author

Maggie Fogarty is a Royal Television Society award winning television producer and journalist, making TV programmes for all the major UK broadcasters. She has also written extensively for a number of national newspapers and magazines.
In April 2011 her story 'Namesakes' was a finalist in the Writers and Artists/WAYB short story competition.
'My Bermuda Namesakes' was her debut novel and grew out of the original short story. It was written during a year long stay in Bermuda where Maggie's husband, Paul, was working as a digital forensics consultant. During her time on the island, Maggie wrote a guest column for the Bermuda Sun newspaper.
'Dear Mr DJ' is Maggie's second novel and forms part of a planned series called the 'Dilemma Novellas'.
The couple now live Cornwall in the far South West of England with their cockapoo dog Bonnie. Before moving there, they lived on the outskirts of Birmingham, in the English Midlands, where Maggie was born and grew up.
