About the Author

Kathleen Cordelia Bailey is an artist, writer, and filmmaker. She is producer and screenwriter of the feature film, Revenge In Kind. Additionally, she is an expert on the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and has worked in the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Arms Control & Disarmament Agency, and at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She earned a PhD in political science from the University of Illinois.
