The author’s training in mathematics and engineering is obvious; the writing has a relentlessly logical tone throughout the program, a tone that is not helped by Lloyd Sherr’s biting and mechanical enunciation. Still, the system’s foundation is laid out clearly: The primordial mind has the potential for understanding the human spirit and having more control over life than most people accept is possible. A focus on the rational, computational mind and precise definitions of psychological terms make it difficult to connect this material with anything but the thinking mind.
