Truth mongrel, visionary, and transformational author, Mary is a 'soul survivor' here to witness to the "healing power within".

Learning firsthand that everyone has a story and that each story has its purpose along with stages of development, which is the development of the character and strength of that individual. In 1992 she declared that someday she would write a book called "Diary From The Last Days" having absolutely no clue what that book would be about, yet to discover how it would transform her life.

Her character and strength came through forty years of a suicidal personality, she identifies as "a holocaust of the soul" to discover Truths over the next twenty years, leading to "a metamorphosis of the soul". In 2009 she had an experience while in Alaska writing her first memoir book - that left her unequivocally convinced of who she was, why she was here, and where she would be going when she no longer needed her body, revealed to her as the 3 Truths of Living in a Body and 15 Secrets of Body Energy.

Through self-publishing the first book of her memoir trilogy on 'soul survival' she did book signings and presentations awakening her to the truth of her purpose. Realizing that her pain and suffering from abuses on all 7 levels of her being to the healing of all, gave her the transformation found in her second book. In the Spring of 2013 she was given a message that impelled her to become single minded in her purpose. "You have to speak a truth singularly before it can be put into the consciousness realm for everyone to pull from".

From years of victimhood to self-authority, she professes, "The body knows, the mind interprets, the spirit expresses AND the spirit knows, the mind interprets, the body expresses, the mind being the fulcrum, the place where choices for change are made as we take full responsibility for Self".

After meditation and next to enjoying Mother Nature the most important thing to Mary is a good conversation with no barriers. Her desire is to follow the words of Anthropologist, Margaret Mead, who upon her death bed told Jean Houston"...the only thing worth doing was to add to the sum of accurate information in the world."
