I love devotionals and journals. Keeping your mind positive and writing thoughts, goals, etc. is a creative way to appreciate your life and indirectly influence others to be happy too. This little book of positivity is a treasure trove of prompts, quotes and practices that guide and inspire you to do, think, say, and create what makes you—as an individual—happy. I like that each entry allows you to fill in the date, so you can start it whenever you want, and you don’t have to leave blank pages if you skip days. This makes a great gift for someone you want to encourage. I received a complimentary copy of Do One Thing Every Day That Makes You Happy: A Journal from BloggingForBooks.
