During those years, he acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science; Master of Education; Master of Arts in Criminal Justice; a Juris Doctor degree; and, he is a Marine Corps Veteran of two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. Louis is also a Life Member of MENSA.

This true-to-life story, from the imagination of retired police Sergeant, E.S. Louis, exposes the fallacy of citizens' support of questionable police practices and procedures when they result in murder and unjust incarceration of the very citizens that police are sworn to serve and protect.
