Another great exciting adventure in the series. It has everything in the story to like. Dragon Knights, Fae magic, time travel , romance and of course an evil character also.

Totally enjoyed this tale of time travel Fae, Druids and Dragon Knights. A great combination. Alistair and Fiona set the pages on fire when they got together and there are some narrow escapes and some exciting fight scenes . As I haven't read the previous books I found all of the secondary characters really likable and they helped make the story a fun read. Of course there is a villain and he is still around. Angus's story should be the next book in the series and I will be looking for it. I won this book and loved it.

I was hooked on this series with book one... and then two! Now this third book in the "Order of the Dragon Knights" series was so good that I want book four to be out so I can meet the last brother, Angus and read about his story. Dragon Knight's Axe was a perfect summertime read. I found I couldn't put it down. Loved the quotes at the beginning of each Chapter. Alastair and Fiona's story was written so well that I believed they were real characters from history. You can feel Alastair's painful emotional turmoil and regret caused by the death of his sister (no spoiler - this was in the first book), as well as Fiona struggling with her past, present and future. A wonderful mix of romance, fantasy, time travel and with a bit of Celtic history. Mary has an amazing imagination for storytelling and an originality that I haven't seen in other similar genres. Fun and great read!!

Dragon Knight's Axe is filled with magic! Do you enjoy Dragon Knights, Fae, Druids, Highlanders? If your answer is yes, then you are in for a real treat! This third book, written by Mary Morgan, will be perfect for you! I have read her two previous books in the Order of the Dragon Knights series, and in this third one, Mary Morgan has, again done her magic! Being a talented storyteller, I soon got pulled into the past along her heroine's journey. What happens when a sexy and stubborn highlanders, from the past, meets, a modern women, working as a research assistant for ancient artifacts, related to the Dragon Knight? It tells the story of Alastair MacKay, a mighty Dragon Knight, and Fiona O'Quinlan, a brave and determine young woman. In mere hours, their world will collide, and Fiona will get trapped with this highlander. Soon, he will free her from a slave merchant and become her protector, but this man, called Alastair the “Beast”, is also seeking redemption! Is Fiona's destiny linked to the order of the Dragon Knights? Where her nightmares real or did she lived them in a past period? Who is the mysterious Rory MacGregor? Will their love be able to survive under all these conditions? Just follow Alastair and Fiona's journey filled with fear, danger and romance! Nice blend of time travel and Scottish romance! I strongly recommend this captivating!
