Singing stars from two very different generations appear in Live A Little, Love A Little. Elvis Presley plays Greg, a photographer who divides his time working for a skin magazine and a conservative newspaper. Rudy Valle plays Penlow, the veteran newspaper publisher. Lansdown (Don Porter) is the publisher of a girly magazine as Greg tries to work for both without the other finding out. Greg falls in love with a fashion model (Michele Carey) in this situation comedy that even die-hard Elvis fans have a hard time swallowing. By this time, Elvis planned to fulfil his remaining movie obligations and return to the stage, as his 1960s film career had failed to take on the dramatic seriousness he desperately sought.

This movie is a conceptual masterpiece amongst the Elvis movies. It is a meditation upon naming & namelessness, the power of orgasm & the failure of logos, and the limit between man and animal. The dream sequence alone, around one of Elvis' best movie songs ('Edge of Reality,' one of only four songs in the movie), is worth the price of the video. The problem, where's the DVD? This movie demands a widescreen viewing.

Elvis Presley is up to it again, this time trying to hold on to two jobs but not let both bosses know he works for 2 different bosses. Both jobs are in the same building. He manages to work on his coffee breaks and schedules. After first he stays with Bernice (Michele Carey) who has diffrents names for the mood she is in. But soon she moves him into his own house. So he'll take some pictures for one boss, then he'll run up or down the stairs getting to the other.
