People who rate this movie poorly just don't get it period. This movie was written to be a bizarre dark comedy and it succeeds wonderfully in this goal. This movie is truly one of a kind and it will be a cult favorite for many years to come.

I saw this in the theater and have never felt more cheated out of my money in my life. This movie is not merely bizarre, but gross and purely appaulling. When you think it can't get any worse, it does something to prove you wrong. Don't be fooled by the big names in this one--it's a turkey of the worse kind. I honestly can say there are no redeeming qualities to this film whatsoever. Aweful.

I believe this movie just hit "rock bottom" on my list of movies - a special place that was previously held by "Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam". At least with "Dr. Otto", I feel asleep. Unfortunately, I was wide awake through "Nothing But Trouble". The list of stars in this movie was phenomenal, but there was NOTHING! I think Dan Akroyd (the director) must have had the rest of these stars blackmailed or something, because I have NO IDEA why they would act in such a terrible movie. Dan, what were you thinking? When going to bed for the night, after watching this movie, I began thinking that I wasted 93 minutes (thank God, it was only 93 minutes long) of my life that I will never be able to recover. PS. I gave this movie 1 star...because I had to!
