There is nothing of any redeeming value in this film. I was most disappointed in it as I am a long time Seagal fan. Not only was the story terrible, the dialogue was hammy, the acting even worse and the martial arts were of a low quality. The stand-ins they had for Seagak and Sizemore were also horrible. Just a waste of time. Not even Dennis Hopper could save this movie.
