    Hi. I'm Julie. I've been raising kids for a loooong time (27 years so far), and I still have a loooong way to go (approximately 13 more per my calculations). How does THAT compute? Well my kids are 27, 20, and 5, and obviously spaced really far apart. So by the time my youngest is old enough to move out, I will have had kids in my house for many, many.......many years. Let me tell you, if there is one thing I've perfected over those years it's fast, healthy meals. I've always been kind of a health nut, but that doesn't usually lend itself to family dinner. So I've spent the last 27 years perfecting the art of making healthy food that fits a family lifestyle. I founded Well Fed Families 3 years ago because it became my passion to share what I've learned with other parents in the hopes that I can help other families lead healthier lives.
