I have an electric pressure cooker, but previously had a stovetop pressure cooker. I like to use my pressure cooker, but find it difficult to find interesting recipes to make in the pressure cooker, besides the typical stews and roasts. This cookbook has some very interesting recipes, using a variety of meats,spices and vegetables. I thought it was a great buy!
