I am not a vegetarian, but that does not stop me from testing out as many recipes as I can in this fabulous book. These recipes are easy to make and save time and money--that alone appeals to many families that simply do not have hours to spend in the kitchen, so not only does it make it easy to prepare, toss in the crock pot and go, but it makes your shopping list a lot shorter. There are many recipes geared for the slow cooker that I have not sampled yet, but plan to. One that I have prepared (and my family loved) was the Unfried Rice! This recipe cuts the grease that you might get from ordering out, and makes it easy to prepare in your own home. For this tasty recipe, only 7 ingredients are needed. This book gives you time to do other things in life as your dishes cook. I like that. I received this informative book for free in return for my unbiased review.

I just recently started slow cooking. I LOVE the idea of throwing yummy food in the cooker and leaving it for a bit. This book has delicious recipes and is completely guided. Until getting this book, I wasn't one for just vegetables (I am not a vegetarian), but I feel as though a whole new world has open up. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking good slow recipes; it truly is amazing. I would get this as a gift for anyone who enjoys cooking

Plenty of recipes in this book: Grilled cheese, sauces, desserts, sides and more! We grill during the summer or use a slow cooker--this makes the slow cooker is a must have appliance. Simple, easy and helps the budget as well as keeps the heat out of the kitchen. Vegetarian dishes beyond chia seeds and tofu are the recipes you’ll find in this book, as well as advice on food safety, and healthy options like what fruits to eat to avoid.

Im.not a vegetarian by far but this cookbook has a lot of interesting recipes in it that you could very well tweak and add some meat and other ingredients and some looked good as they were

Great little read! I love all the easy to follow recipes and how they make it so easy to just put all the ingredients together, stick in your freezer and pull it out whenever you need a good cooked meal. And I love that the clean up so so easy!

I love this book I am not vegetarian but you can always add veggies to your diet and what better way then with a crock pot. I love the recipes that come in this book they all sound so tasty. I think the best use of this book is a veggie day each week. If you are vegetarian or just want to test out veggie meals this is a great book.

I love using my slow cooker, especially now that I have an infant who needs me for hourly feedings. I just don't have the time to think up a meal and whip it up around dinner time if she's fussing to be fed, held or what have you. This ebook makes it easy for me with meal prep taking only 15 minutes. There's a bunch of delicious recipes and the directions are easy to follow. Great slow cooker ebook!

This book is full of healthy and quick recipes. It has all of the basics that a vegetarian or non-vegetarian trying to eat healthy would need. There are also some surprising recipes in it as well, such as bread or pizza in a crock pot!

If you have a crock pot and are busy you will love this book. These meals are healthy quick prep times and delicious. I tried the Sunday Brunch French Toast and loved it. Breakfast was ready when we woke up! This book is the answer to cooking healthy with a busy lifestyle.

I found this to be a useful cooking reference work. I am a keen cookbook reader who also uses a slow cooker.  The book is well organized and attractive. The recipes are grouped by category. Each recipe starts with an indication whether it is appropraite  for a variety of special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and others). I was impressed by the variety and quality of recipes. Although I use a  slow cooker at least once a week, I learned several interesting tips and techniques.

Great recipies for all plant base lover like me, even thou Im no vegetarian I like to eat healthy as much as I can. This book has so many delicious recipes that are easy to create. The concept of slow cooking is eye opening to the benefits you have from cooking your foods with this Technic. Less time in the kitchen, eating healthier!  The recipies are so easy even my kids can create them. I like the 15 prep time and the nutrition value the recipes offer.  Ready to get my slowcooker, cook all day and be ready in time for dinner makes everything easy and healthier for my family.

I have a lot of Vegetarians in my family and they are always looking for something new to try so this would be a great opportunity to try a few of these out and see how they come out with. Each recipe i seen looks really delicious to try and so very different. I love the fact that you can just throw everything in our slow cooker and just let it cook all day and be ready in time for dinner makes everything so simple.

Wow! That is all the words I have for this book! From the time I picked this book up, I could not put it down. I have tons of friends who are vegetarians so this book really helped me impress them! The best part is that they are really easy to make since all you do is throw everything in the slow cooker and you have an incredibly tasting meal! I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to everyone vegetarian or not!!
