I need an overview of meeting skills, and this slender book was perfect for me. Too many meeting descriptions note the same lame points: keep it short, work an agenda, watch the time. This book discusses varying purposes and types of meetings; ways to serve the agenda while including all attendees; even how to arrange the meeting room. An easy read but very useful.
