About the Author

Arnie Howes has spent more than twenty years optimizing collaborative processes and has used Microsoft SharePoint extensively since before 2005. He has worked to streamline such processes with most levels of management of a Fortune 125 company - from senior and regional vice presidents to local maintenance and operations superintendents. At one time, he oversaw more than 300 SharePoint sites facilitating the collaboration of thousands of employees in six states.
He now focuses on facilitating good collaborative practices using the powers of SharePoint, Yammer, Office 365, and simple, yet effective personal work habits. His passion is eliminating Employee Overload and Information Chaos. He helps leaders and workgroups calm the chaos of unstructured organizational knowledge, content, and work flow.
He and his wife Kelley maintain CollaborationCultureChange.com, where they provide valuable additional content for managers and individual contributors.
