Jagadish C. Guria is an Editorial Advisory Board member of Elsevier’s Accident Analysis and Prevention journal. He has taught Econometrics at University of Massachusetts-Boston, and is the former Chief Economic Adviser of New Zealand’s Ministry of Transport.
