Everyone Plays the Game: a memoir of life, relationships, and decisions
Logan's early years were marked by the pain of his parents' divorce and the crushing weight of social isolation. In search of purpose and belonging, he made a life-changing decision: enlisting in the United States Marine Corps.

In Everyone Plays the Game, Hartz takes readers on a deeply personal journey through the defining moments of his life-his struggles with bullying, the grueling trials of boot camp, the intellectual rigor of college and law school, and the raw, often messy complexities of love and relationships. With unflinching honesty, he explores the choices that shaped him, the lessons learned in the face of hardship, and the resilience it takes to rebuild when everything falls apart.

This memoir is not just about surviving adversity-it's about finding meaning in the struggle, embracing vulnerability, and discovering the courage to rewrite your own story. Everyone Plays the Game is a gripping and inspirational testament to the power of perseverance and the pursuit of something greater than oneself. All of it is true. The story of a nobody that grew into somebody.
