Overview

The Exploring Paths (TM) Ten-Minute Daily Gratitude Journal 30-Day Challenge: For Teens is a workbook that
helps teens, parents, teachers, and classrooms cultivate gratitude, goal-setting, and visioning. It's a 30-day
program based on our successful mentorship program in NYC.

Our workbook encourages teens to take 10 minutes a day (or more, if desired) to focus on acknowledging how
they are feeling, being thankful, spreading joy and gratitude to others, setting daily goals, and shifting towards
growth mindsets and end goals. Each journal contains a vision board and elevator pitch for the teens to create,
as well as 30 days of thoughtful worksheets and inspirational quotes to inspire gratitude and a growth mindset.

Consistent repetition helps build healthy habits and neural pathways. Building this healthy routine allows them
to move towards success, create healthy accountability, and grow closer and happier with those around them.

This guide is great for both teens and adults, so grab a copy for everyone in your family or class and start your
journey!
