Overview

The Exploring Paths (TM) Daily Five-Minute Gratitude Journal 30-Day Challenge for Tweens is a guide designed
for tweens, classrooms, and families to cultivate gratitude, goal-setting, and visioning skills. It is based on our
successful mentorship program in NYC. It encourages tweens and all ages to focus on being grateful, spreading
joy and kindness, setting daily goals, and developing healthy growth mindsets for just five minutes a day.

Our journal includes a bio and vision board section for personalization, 30 days of worksheets, and inspirational
quotes to inspire gratitude and healthy mindsets. Consistent repetition helps build the neural pathways
necessary to develop and sustain new habits, and doing so with gratitude makes a routine and habit of practicing
gratitude that moves each of us towards success, creates accountability, helps strengthen relationships, and
helps us find joy. It's suitable for tweens and adults, so grab a copy for everyone in your family and start the
journey!
