Fail to Trust by Scarlet Wolfe

In the second novel of The Casteel Trust Series, Travis and Becca are excited about moving in together.

Their plans are derailed by Becca's parents when they gift her a two month trip to Europe. Travis and Becca don't see eye to eye on accepting the gift, and in one heated argument, their newly found relationship comes to a screeching halt.

Becca's trip is cut short when tragedy consumes her in an unimaginable way. Travis hears the news, and self-loathing spirals him out of control. While he's clawing his way to recovery, a man in the public spotlight is busy pursuing Becca.

Travis must decide if he'll allow this man to save Becca from her pain or prove he's just as worthy of her love, even if it thrusts them into the media spotlight.

Will this couple fight for the future they once dreamed of, or are their personal demons too much for them to overcome together?

The twists and turns will have you wondering at every breath until you reach the much anticipated conclusion.

Trust Game should be read prior to this novel. Fail to Trust is for a mature audience due to graphic scenes, harsh language and descriptive sex.

Second book in this series, an was a good read. It has 215 nook pages filled with heart break, steamy loving, conflicts and an overall good love story. You may have to read this first book for the characters are introduced and involved in both. So are the character in first book in the second as well. It would not be too confusing if you read this book without reading the first one, but you would miss out on details about the characters if ya did. Also more enjoyable too.... Now this story is about Becca and Travis, younger siblings of characters in first book. Both are 22 and just graduated college, and have been dating a few months at this point. Becca parents give her and her room mate a trip to Europe, Travis is upset by this for he and Becca were suppose to move in together that following weekend. They argue, break up, Becca goes on trip, bad things happen......while Travis is dealing badly with everything after Becca left, now this.... You will have to read it to find out if they can find each other again.****

Scarlet out did herself this time... I really enjoyed reading this book. Travis and Becca had a very sweet almost too easy romance in the first book of the Casteel series. However, it doesn't take long for this book to grab you and not let you go. Travis and Becca have so many things happen to them that hurts their relationship. It was refreshing to see drama and real feelings being played out in a book. Too often you see the main characters get in one little snit and then they get back together and live happily ever after. <---If you like that kind of think less book then this series isn't for you. I really recommend you start with Trust Games however these books can be read stand alone but you will understand the character development better if you read Trust Games first. I cannot wait for Link's book and I hope the author will think about making a spin off book about Clay!! Take a chance on this book you won't be disappointed.
