“With passion and great gentleness, Hezron shares his vision for a church in which the body in movement takes its proper place. Theologically insightful and rich in practical ways of bringing and embedding change, this book brings new insight to a neglected dimension of the discipleship and mission of the Seventh Day Adventist community.”

—Peter Kevern, Professor of Values in Health and Social Care, University of Staffordshire, United Kingdom

“Hezron Ottey masterfully bridges Seventh Day Adventist theology and heritage, public health, and lived experience, offering a vision of discipleship that pulses through every breath, step, and stretch. This book is not just theory, it’s testimony. It’s a call to reclaim the body as sacred space, to move with purpose, and to lead with grace. Whether you’re a pastor seeking to reinvigorate your congregation, a health professional integrating faith into wellness, or a believer yearning to live your faith more fully, Faith in Motion will inspire you to walk, dance, and breathe your way into deeper spiritual alignment. It’s not just a book, it’s a movement.”

—Ruiz Warren, Principal Lecturer, Montego Bay Community College, Jamaica
