About the Author

ALBERTO GIMENO is Associate Professor at ESADE Business School, and responsible for the Family Business Program and the Advanced Management Program. He is also a Permanent Visiting Professor at the Witterner Institut fr Familienunternehmen (WIFU), the most recognized family business institute in German speaking countries.
