About the Authors:

Demery, PMP, a Software Engineer Process Group (SEPG) manager, has been working in software development for 16 years and directly in the field of project management and process improvement since 1989. She has authored several articles on project management processes and is currently on the Editorial Board of the monthly publication, Successful Project Management. Ms. Demery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Monica M. Lusk, a documentation manager, has extensive experience in process improvement and documentation. She worked as a personal computer software trainer for 12 years before becoming involved in writing software documentation and designing and developing online help systems for telecommunications software. Ms. Lusk has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a Master of Science degree from Purdue University.
